Who we are

MarketProof (runmarketproof.com) provides business idea validation sprints. Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@runmarketproof.com.

What we collect

• Contact and business details you give us — for example your name, email, and the answers in your intake form.
• Payment information, which is handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Website usage data collected by Google Analytics, such as pages viewed, device type, and approximate location.

How we use it

To deliver your validation sprint, communicate with you, process payments, and understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it. We do not sell your personal information.

Services we use

We rely on trusted third parties to run MarketProof, including Stripe (payments), Netlify (website hosting and forms), our intake form provider, Google Analytics, and Meta (advertising). Each handles data under its own privacy policy.

Your sprint's lead data

Leads collected on your sprint landing page belong to you. We use them only to run your sprint and prepare your Scorecard, and hand them to you in your handoff package.

Cookies

Google Analytics uses cookies to measure site traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@runmarketproof.com. California residents may have additional rights under state law.
